IS MY PRICE QUOTE GUARANTEED?

The quote price is guaranteed for 15 business days as long as the actual condition of your device matches the description that you provide. Please do your best to describe your item as accurately as possible. There are times that the team at CELLITNOW, may find something you missed. in that case, we will email a revised price quote. If you don’t agree with our assessment. We will ship the device back to you at our expense. Here is a checklist of the most common things to look for to ensure you are describing your item accurately:

Liquid damage – there will be a liquid indicator that should be white.If it is RED CELLITNOW will consider them broken .
Wrong device – Is your phone an iPhone 3G or 3GS? Is your Blackberry a 9630 or 8900? Is your iPad 16 or 32GB? The value of your device changes based on the answers to these questions, so please check and ensure you have recorded an accurate model and capacity (if applicable) for your device!
Item condition – Look at your device as though you were buying it from someone and assessing it because the new owners of these devices will look them over carefully and check every nick, scratch and dent. Even small nicks and scratches can decrease the resale value of an item, so check carefully before choosing a condition.

HOW LONG ARE PRICE QUOTES VALID ?

Once you receive a confirmation email. We honor the price quote(s) for the period of fifteen (15) business days.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL ?

To qualify for a pre-paid shipping label your cellular phone has to have a Value of $1 or more. You will have the chance to print your shipping label either after you submit your order or print it from your confirmation email.

4-Lcd is working (no shadows or cracks)
5-Keyboard is working
6-Microphone/Speakerphone is working
7-Earpiece / Headphone jack is working
8-Complete a phone call
9-Check Wi-Fi
10-CDMA ONLY PHONES check the ESN of the device is clear for Re-activation (not stolen or on hold for non-payment)
11-GSM ONLY PHONES check the IMEI of the device is clear for RE-acttivation (not stolen or on hold for non-payment)

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FUNDS ?

HOW DO I RECEIVE PAYMENTS USING THE PAYPAL OPTION METHOD ?

Once we complete the inspection of your device. We will send you an email completion notice. We will then deposit the funds via Paypal using the email address you provided during checkout.

HOW DO I RECEIVE PAYMENTS USING THE CHECK OPTION METHOD ?

Once we complete the inspection of your device. We will send you an email completion notice.Your check will be issued with-in 1-2 business days. The check will be mailed to the address you provided during checkout. Please allow 2-5 days for shipping time.

WHY DID I RECEIVE A NEW PRICE QUOTE ?

A new price quote is determined most likely because of the following reasons.
1-Cellular phone was received after the 15 business days.
2-Cellular phone was the incorrect model.
3-Cellular phone had water damage, missing parts or broken.
You will receive a email regarding the specific reason for the new price quote.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

You can check your order. Simply by visiting the website and entering your order email in the Track Order page

WHAT HAPPENS TO RECYCLED PHONES ?

We will first determine if we can recondition the device. If device cant be reconditioned or reused we will then part the phone and send it to our Certified Recycler who will safely process the components for reuse.
